Delivery & Returns

We dispatch orders same-day if received before 10am Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays). If ordering outside of these times, the order will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday, excl. Bank Holidays).

If your order is urgent, please contact us and hopefully we’ll be able to help.

Postage Options

Standard UK Delivery (£1) – Order would be expected to arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
Royal Mail Mail Signed For® (£2) – Order would be expected to arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch.

Please note that if your order has not arrived within these times, your order may still be in transit and cannot be reported as lost with the delivery company until 10 working days have elapsed.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (£6.75) – Order is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next day.

International Shipping Options

International Tracked & Signed (£8) – We are unable to ship any sealed product internationally.

Free Postage Offer

Any orders over £20 will be eligible for FREE delivery.

Returns

  • Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
  • Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.
  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
  • Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.
  • Please contact us if you need to arrange a return.

Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, we do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or misrouted orders.

Cancellation or Amending an Order before Dispatch

If you need to cancel or amend your order in anyway before it has been dispatched, please contact us ASAP and we’ll be able to process your request.

If you have already received an e-mail confirming dispatch of your order, we’ll be unable to cancel or amend your order but there may be other options available to you (see “Returns” above).
